(1) Being a trainee I had the opportunity to learn the functionality of each and every department working there for all 3 Factory Units at the location. (2) For the major part of the tenure my job was to register the Site related issues, analyze their root cause, (i.e cause of Non Conformity), allocate it to the concerned department for rectification and to provide solutions to the Site Engineer.(3) I was also responsible for maintaining costs for these NCCs and had to enter and monitor them in the official tool specially designed for this.
