Collaborate with marketing aspects to create product briefs and work with development technical service groups to resolve product issues - from initial design packages through commercialisation• Range development • Buying and Sourcing materials/full shoes from Asian countries such as China, Vietnam, Taiwan etc.• Hiring a designing and technical team focussing on a Cost efficient Product.
