The organisation gives out small loans (upto 50K) to ONLY women borrowers from rural/semi-urban areas.-Conducted field visits and interacted personally with the borrowers.-Checked loan utilization status.-Wrote loan stories, journal updates, blogs, with special focus on the impact of microloans on women in rural Odisha.-Audited loan documents.-Closely coordinated with the field partners to resolve operational issues.
