I learned to ensure that our products met high standards from start to finish. This involved checking raw materials and making sure the final products were top-notch.Managing the labor force was another important aspect of my role. I learned how to supervise and support workers while keeping productivity levels high.I also got to work with complex machinery like the depoder machine. I learned how to operate and maintain it efficiently to keep production running smoothly.Packaging was the final step in the process. I helped design packaging that kept the food fresh and attractive for customers.Overall, my time at Pal Frozen Food was a valuable experience that taught me a lot about the industry and equipped me with practical skills for my future career.
