As a recruitment Coordinator I am responsible for reaching out to prospective candidates whom we find fit for a particular position after the candidate has cleared the required aptitude tests. Following this we schedule a preliminary round of interview with the candidate with a Subject Matter Expert. Depending of the interview feedback from the interviewer we push the candidate towards a 2nd round of interviews on clearing which we we either handover the candidate to the on-boarding team.

The Golden Threshold Programme was an initiative by Taj Group of Hotels to recruit young and aspiring hoteliers who had just completed their +2. It was a 3 year OJT programme where we were trained in one of their properties (Taj Bengal, Kolkata) and paralally we completed our graduation from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai with a B.Voc degree in Hospitality Management.
