About Ritwik .
A dynamic and passionate process engineer with 2+ years of experience in the oil and energy sector. I have implemented energy-saving schemes and DNV HAZOP recommendations; troubleshot the issues arising in the unit and carried out PHA HAZOP to ensure safe and optimum operation of the Hydrogen Generation Unit.Recently, I have been looking after the automation project in the refinery and have upgraded APC in CDU/VDU and integrated it with AVEVA RTO. I have also migrated APC in HGU and developed and implemented logic to automatically control the load of both trains of HGU and maintained critical parameters.I typically use simulation software such as HTRI, ProMAX and Petro-SIM to optimise the energy consumption of SMR along with MS EXCEL and Honeywell Uniformance PHD for plant monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Performed adequacy check of Waste Heat Section for installing high capacity APH using ProMAX; prepared process datasheet of Air Preheater.
- Collaborated with the Engineering, Inspection and Mechanical maintenance team to give technical clearance for selecting APH.BFW pump-turbine to motor replacement (Annual Savings: INR 70 lakhs)
- Performed basic engineering and PHA HAZOP of the energy-saving scheme.
- Prepared control valve and flow element process datasheet and updated the P&ID.H2 fuel commissioning:
- Prepared P&ID, line list and process data sheet of control valve and flow element.
