I lead Charkha, Vidhi's centre dedicated to research in constitutional law. My current research focusses on comparative federalism, electoral reforms, and (working of) representative institutions. Simultaneously, Charkha is exploring strategies to take the Constitution closer to the people of India, and enhance accessibility of its text.

As an Adjunct Faculty, I am teaching the mandatory course on Constitutional Law to students who are in the second year of the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) courses.

I worked at the intersection of law and data to propose meaningful reforms for improving the performance of subordinate judiciary in India. I was involved with administrative tribunals under the Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra to propose reforms to their functioning. I have also worked with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) on a project aimed at managing the litigation they are involved in.

As a Research Fellow in the Public Law vertical at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, I was involved with several independent research projects as well as engagements with the Government of India. The Public Law vertical at Vidhi focusses on issues of constitutional law, administrative law and allied issues in public policy.Important projects that I worked on included:- Drafting the written submissions on behalf of the Union of India for the National Judicial Appointments (NJAC) Case; - Exploring the contours of a model land titling law for India (a project in collaboration with the Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development);- Providing research and drafting assistance to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on key matters under the TRAI Act, 1997;- Assisting the Law Commission of India with identifying obsolete laws that warrant immediate repeal.

I was tasked with taking tutorial sessions for senior undergraduate students (students in the 3rd year of the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) for the administrative law course.
