An ambitious happy-go-lucky girl who tasted the first reality check from life as I moved to Indore to pursue my 5 year integrated MBA(MS) course. As if the cultural shock was not enough, life made me taste the biggest loss of my life. From then on, I was living in auto pilot mode.Letting life chose path for me and just going with the flow. I joined State Bank group as a PO and was working there for a good close to 8 years when I was jolted again. Seeing life slipping out of my hand, I relaised that if I just go with the flow, I might soon end up nowhere. There began the second part of my life, thankfully at a right stage still.Honing my skills into corporate training, life coaching, parenting, I invested one year to gain and practice my skills. It soon was evident that this is my true calling. I believe-" once you find your purpose, you are guided by the universe. All you need to do is to listen to your heart." And I did that.So here I am- a Leadership trainer, Life Coach, author, public speaker and an entrepreneur who is living her passion to train and travel. I struggled a lot unless I met my mentor to experience my true potential. As the founder of Reeti Solutions, a training and development company, I partner with individuals and organizations to help them achieve their growth goals. I have over five years of experience in delivering impactful training programs in domains such as marketing, sales, and banking, working with clients like Academic Heights Public School, ICAI, Radico Khaitan, Axis Bank, Podar International and Delhi Public School.I have been a visiting faculty at IBS Gurgaon, where I share my knowledge and insights with aspiring management students. Additionally, I am a master trainer at the Indian Academy of Training and Development, where I enhance my skills and network with other trainers and coaches. I hold a master's in business administration from the International Institute of Professional Studies, and a master diploma in train the trainer from the Indian Academy of Training and Development. I am passionate about creating a sense of community and supporting individuals & organizations in their growth journey.I spent lacs and years to learn, try and test, fail and learn.
