Hands-on experience on Amadeus, Handling Special Requests made by the pax in the booking for reservations for KLM. Dealingwith SSRs and OSI. Seat allocation also plays a part in the process. Apart from that gained experience on working with Departure Control System(DCS) and KANA. Also learned how to manually re-grade a PAX in altea and how refund/compensation is being issued.

The whole layout of the airport was explained to my group and allocations such as Help Desk, immigration, Domestic & International Pier Area and Domestic & International Arrivals gave a clear picture of the functions of different departments in DIAL and how they operate.
