Experienced in driving improvement across the organization by teaming up with individuals in mono and cross-functional teams in an attempt to make the organization reach to its desired strategical goals. My name is Ritwik Jain, and I am a highly motivated Project manager who believes in the value that continuous improvement adds to the company and have an in depth understanding of change management which I believe is one of the most critical skills a project manager should have. To attain this skill the person should understand the correlation which exists between improvement and change. The need for improvement drives the change and a decision to change is always taken with the intention to improve from present.Working with precision and understanding the time sensitivity of the action items is the key to deliver successful projects. Most successful projects demand an extra effort on the details to try and narrow down the scope of problem by taking a granular approach. Understanding the time sensitivity of action items helps in scheduling the project by knocking them off in a certain sequence.An excellent Project manager would definitely be an excellent communicator. I recognize the worth of free flow communication in an organization because it is the foremost quality to have to be aligned with the company’s vision and mission. One must always have company’s mission and vision in mind while working for any project which enables them to keep it aligned and this needs a practice of open communication. Relationship building is another trait engrained in my personality. As a project manager I will have to motivate my team and at times resolve conflicts in order to keep the ball rolling and make sure the project is adhering to its schedule while taking care of these detractions. Having excellent communication skills help me in knocking out these tasks. I am a true supporter of Diversity, Equity and, Inclusion as I strongly concord with the fact that Diversity is important. With the everchanging world, companies need people from different realms of lives to breakthrough from conventional practices and apply different approaches to problems. I, being from India, share a different culture and believe that I will prove to be a valuable addition to a company’s diversity by spotting lot of opportunities to change for best while keeping the ongoing projects at their pace. The skills I have attained over the years makes me a good fit for companies looking for people with high values of life, excellent management skills and, a desire to learn and improve.
