I am an Undergraduate Researcher at the Whiteson Lab, which studies the Human Microbiome. Specifically, I'm interested in utilizing bacteriophages (viruses that can infect bacteria) to treat infections caused by antibiotic-resistant bacteria as an alternative to antibiotics.I presented a poster at the 2023 UROP Research Symposium and was a finalist for the 2023 UROP Fall Project Pitch Challenge

Providing prehospital care and concert venues and sports arenas.

Founded organization in 2019. Initially, STEMsesh was an annual in-person event geared towards students in grades K-12 exhibiting demonstrations, experiments, and exhibits of advanced STEM concepts, promoting a more hands-on and interdisciplinary approach to learning STEM. Due to COVID-19, the event was canceled.Our team spent 2 weeks following the cancellation designing an online platform that would serve as an alternative to the event. Eventually, we launched our website that consisted of peer-reviewed journal articles, DIY projects, simulations, and virtual workshops.Now, we've established a more clear focus on enhancing the accessibility and quality of STEM education by bringing workshops and demonstrations to homeless shelters and underfunded school districts.Our website, stemsesh.org, has reached 30K+ users and keeps growing every day.
