Following the successful project leadership of the transfer of 2,800 properties and tenancies in a government to government transaction, the current challenge is project managing the commercial sale transaction of 1,140 properties and tenancies within the Tauranga area to a new Community Housing Provider. Key to the success are the close working relationships with staff within the Corporation, the Treasury' Transactions Unit, and the Ministry of Social Development. These transfers are complex and require specialist inputs across multiple workstreams of tenancy, property & maintenance, legal, finance, customer services, human resources, ICT, and internal & external communications. These transactions are an important component in the government's Social Housing Reform Programme.

July 2015 – 30 May 2016 A key component of the Government’s Social Housing Reform Programme was the delivery of one of the largest real estate transactions in New Zealand history. Two thousand, eight hundred (2,800) properties and tenancies were transferred from Housing New Zealand Corporation to the Tamaki Regeneration Company (TRC) in East Auckland.The project required providing comprehensive support for the TRC as a new business start-up prior to taking over the properties and tenancies. Multiple sub-projects such as Legal, Finance, Tenancy, Property and Maintenance, ICT and Contact Centre provided inputs as well as working with other Government agencies.

Auckland Council. Inhousing to council the external Animal Management Field Services contract. Involved the design and implementation of a new business model for the Auckland region wide services: a business transformation project requiring design, development and implementation of a new animal management field services business model, leading various phases: concept design, selection and deployment of an IT workforce mobility solution. Facilitate re-specification of specialised animal transportation across a forty six strong vehicle fleet. Source accommodation and specify layout for field staff and central dispatch function. Specify and roll out in-field mobile dispatch technology and equipment to field teams. Lead a multidisciplinary team of council staff, specify external communications, guide internal communications and change management, work alongside property and maintenance, fleet, suppliers. Undertake embedding activities such as SLA problem solving, technology review and upgrades, aligning job management processes with job management software process, initiating Lean methodology and balanced scorecard. In-house to council the external contract for Animal Management Shelter Services at Silverdale Animal Shelter: a business realignment project requiring transfer of animal shelter services, shelter staff and suppliers from contractor back to council. The project involved leading a multidisciplinary team of council specialists: external communications, internal communications, signage, technology, property and maintenance, fleet and procurement.
