Academic Management (AM) HIMA MBTI division is aimed at bridging the gap between students and the MBTI program department so that information from the program department can be effectively communicated to the students. AM HIMA MBTI also strives to help maximize the academic potential and soft skills of the students.

• Being one of the initiators of DITECHTION as a new work program in HIMA MBTI
• Responsible for organizing and supervising 5 divisions with a total of 32 members
• Being the leader of the Plenary Meeting every 2 weeks
• Successfully gathered 650+ followers on DITECHTION Instagram and got 3 sponsors in a span of 3 months
• Successfully obtained 560+ participants from a target of 300 participants at the DITECHTION 2022 main event

• Responsible for assisting MBTI students by conveying academic information on HIMA MBTI social media (Instagram, Line, and Twitter).
• Became admin of OA Line Academic Management HIMA MBTI with 1,451 followers
• Create and manage the mini website Academic Management HIMA MBTI

Responsible for finding information, making posters, and uploading re-registration information for MBTI students. Collaborated with 4 organizations; BEM FEB, HIMAKU, DPM FEB, and HIMA MBTI.

• Collaborate with 5 local businesses in empowering entrepreneurial activities
• Responsible for contacting sponsors through Instagram, managing the database of sponsors and HIPMI cadre businesses, and being the contact person for sponsors with the internal HIPMI Festival committee
• Contact 450 sponsors and secure 5 main sponsors for HIPMI Festival 2022 within 3 months

• Responsible for conducting content research for Instagram and Tiktok Wicara Sukma and conducting Wicara Sukma content analysis reports every month
• Create content briefs and content boards based on content modules from the results of content research, with a content composition of 12 feeds & 8 videos every month
• Initiate and lead Monthly Meeting related to content brief & content board with Copywriting team, Tiktok and Reels team, and Social Media Admin team
• Representing Wicara Sukma as 110 organizations and startups selected from 248 applicants in REAKSI, an incubation program from XL Axiata Future Leaders.

• Responsible for providing fundraising information to 30 committee members
• Became the group liaison officer in the Focus Group Discussion at the Main event Training of Kastrat Season 2 with 10 participants in each group
• Served as moderator in a focus group discussion with the theme of RUU PKS
