• Create and monitor production timeline to ensure the highest quality of deliverables• Compile and update studio schedules regularly to internal team• Create monthly timeline for internal workflow• Project progress tracking, ensuring timely delivery of all stages of project within the deadlines• Allocating workload according to urgency, availability and timeline• Develop new relationships with potential clients and manage relationships with existing clients• Be part of the project scoping and ensuring technical feasibility• Work closely with the social media team for content planning and product launching • Generate monthly reports of internal work performance and conduct strategies for the upcoming month• Liaising with the production line and other relevant supplier/vendor regarding costing, delivery time and production time
