ORES is the electricity and gas distribution systems operator in Wallonia. More information is available on www.ores.be Main duties : as a Change Manager and in collaboration with another Change Expert, I was in charge of the implementation of existing change management activities on the program to deploy smart meters in Wallonia, which included multiple projects. With the ADKAR/PROSCI methodology, my mission was to analyse the change impact of the different projects on the business as usual, adjusting the change strategies based on results and proposing new plans and recommendations. The plans included: communication plans, stakeholder analysis, multiple training plans, sponsorship roadmaps, individual and group coaching and resistance management. I was also in charge of identifying, analysing and creating a plan with recommendations on resistance to change. This included identifying resistance, anticipating resistance and planning accordingly using formal change management methodologies such as ADKAR. The work included a collaboration with the principal Change Expert on the program, members of the program (including the program manager and the project managers), and internal support members.
