I was responsible for all employees, our safety, and of our jobs for each day. It was my responsibility every job got completed in a professional, timely manner and that all residents, maintenance supervisor, and property managers were pleased with our work. If anyone had any complaints it was my responsibility to correct the mistake and make sure everyone was happy and pleased with our work at the end of the day.

I was in charge and responsible for employee safety, making sure everything was sandblasted correctly, and meeting our deadlines. I started out as just an entry level Sandblaster and after 1 1/2 yrs got promoted to supervisor over that department.
