River McQuitty is an chilled yet hard working person who learns and retain a lot of different traits and skills through lived experience, having touched and influenced as part of his experience operating in different sectors, and in the goverment, NFP and Private industries.River is best described as an Swiss army knife, drawing on his varied skills and knowledge, adapting himself to suit the demands and needs that an environment/client presents and demands of him. Experienced in the Education sector, covering a variety of different ages and school levels, having worked in Early Intervention up to High School & in Special education including experiences in a remote education, refugee and migrant school. He also runs a freelance business out of passion, dedicated to supporting young children and people who require support and encouragement to achieve their goals or a mentor to learn from.Seeking to pursue his passion in Construction and Management stemming from his schooling and work experiences, River started by dabbling in projects and grants from the Department of Social Services, he is studying Bachelor of Engineering and Business at Southern Cross University, and formerly with QUT, with future goals of establishing himself as a key influence in the construction industry in the near future.Outside of work and study, River can be found engaging in physical activity, or getting out and about exploring Queensland in his 4wd.
