CurrentLead a team of 7 students in Offshore Wind Site Planning/Project Development at Wolverine Offshore Wind, a student organization with The University of Michigan.Manage cost-of-energy and cash flow analysis for a projected floating offshore wind farm site development and operation over a 30 year lifetime, including:• Initial capital cost associated with development, wind turbine procurement/installation, and balance of station.• Annual operating expenses including operations and maintenance costs, lease costs, asset management, operational insurance, and scheduling. • Annual energy production • Market conditions surrounding cost of production and demand. • Financing planning for construction; tax equity; sponsor equity; long term debt; financing fees; debt and equity • National incentives, tax credits, and any regional incentives.Analysis of projected lease area with calculated consideration of wind resource, geotechnical data, bathymetry, environmental and ecological impacts, grid connection and transmission accessibility, port and vessel infrastructure.
