As a member of the Risk Adjustment team working with the retrospective audit projects, my main responsibilities are:• Analytics: Work with vendors and internal matrix partners in the development, testing and implementation of data analytics, including proper documentation of report requirements.• Tasked with creating and maintaining reports that track our vendors’ progress, outreach aging and actionable reports using PC SAS. Responsible for the weekly generation of these reports.• Tasked with creating and maintaining invoice reconciliation reports at the vendor, line of business and project level using PC SAS. Responsible for the generation of these reports on a monthly basis.• Ensure timely delivery of reports and data analysis needed to drive business decisions in a timely manner.• Outreach: work closely with multiple vendors to help in the successful retrieval of identified patient charts. Approving fee payment to provider/copy service, escalating issues to the Network teams for their support with retrieval of patient charts, updating various weekly reports as well as posting to SharePoint so upper management and the various network staff can see the progress of our yearly project.• Mentor co-workers.• Application experience: SAS, Unix, Tableau, PROC SQL, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
