Firewall administration of Cisco & Checkpoint Appliances.

Work in a 24/7 team environment monitoring network and host security for a large enterprise. Discover, assess, and report on security events based on network and host data. Interface with client security teams to assist in effective remediation of compromised networks or hosts through effective incident management & response.

Provide technical leadership to the enterprise for the information security. Install and maintain security infrastructure, including Nokia Checkpoint Firewall Appliances, Juniper Security Appliances. and security assessment systems. Assess threats, risks, and vulnerabilities from emerging security issues. Draft enterprise security standards and guidelines for system configuration. Managed process and acted in the lead role for Network security process flow. Performed system security audits, BCP support and change management. Responsible for maintenance & troubleshooting support for hundreds of firewalls within the enterprise. Able to handle any volume with 100% focus on quality and security best practices in addition to maintaining PCI standards.
