Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Provide full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions in the healthcare industry. This includes sourcing qualified candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, interviewing, conducting intake meetings, presenting candidates, building talent pipelines, preparing salary recommendations, and presenting offers. Coordinating and participating in recruiting events (virtual and on site). Network to build candidates, talent pipelines, and promote visibility of Memorial Hermann within the community. Prepare salary recommendations, and present offers. Work collaboratively with the market Human Resources Business Partners, serving as the functional expert in the recruiting process.
