Prototyping and production development of first magnetic torquer of attitude control module for micro-satellite in Taiwan.(1)Designed and producted the first magnetic torquer attitude control module in Taiwan which especially applied in low Earth orbit satellite.(2)Designed mechanical parts and machine designs using SolidWorks and simulated magnetic flux density by setting numerical simulation in JAMG. The result shows the gap between simulation and real performance is less than 5%.(3)Managed project schedule and budgeting to successfully complete engineering projects on time. Evaluated, negotiated and confirmed preparation of key components, such as fixture or mandrel. The cost of this module is 50% lower than the price of similar products.2. Coordinate daily operations and solved production issue to meet the organization objectives.(1)Be responsible for the production aspect of engineering/design process in factory, including troubleshooting, process improvement, equipment maintenance, and ingredients preparation.(2)Modify, analysis and documentation of 130 mechanical parts and assembling process to meet currently demand.(3)Maintain and recover key machine from damaged status.
