CurrentDigital & Client Experience: Owner of TIAA's Transitioning-to-Retirement and In-Retirement Customer Journeys. Responsible for: -Orchestrating CX requirements & integration across all customer touch-points related to Transitioning & Retirement as well as Money Out transactions (withdrawals, loans and RMD) -Driving feature/capability roadmap development and enterprise prioritization -Ensuring integration of digital and non-digital experiences across the enterprise -Diagnosing friction in Transitioning & Retirement customer experiences & prioritizing ongoing enhancements
