With over 18 years of experience in public policy formulation, coordination, and implementation of social impact projects, I have worked across various sectors, including education, early childhood comprehensive care, and human rights advocacy. My career has spanned public entities, international organizations, and non-profit organizations.My experience includes knowledge management and information systematization, as well as eleven years of university teaching in Public Education Policy. Currently, I am the Trajectories Manager at the "Juntos Aprendemos" Program of the Carvajal Foundation, where I lead the educational vision of the program and coordinate sub-activities in partnership with Sesame Workshop to support educational inclusion, especially for migrant populations.I have served as the Leader of the District Bilingualism Plan in the District Education Secretariat, project coordinator at Fondo Acción, and consultant in various education and governance programs. My skills include budgeting, drafting project terms of reference, and managing work teams and communications.Throughout my career, I have participated in public policy formulation, implementation of early education projects, and evaluation of teacher training programs. My focus has always been to promote school retention and improve educational processes through innovative and collaborative strategies.I am committed to the continuous improvement of the education sector and the creation of inclusive and effective learning environments.
