My goal as a salesman is to become the first person my clients call whenever they have an interconnect, integration or assembly need, whether it is for mine or my competitors products.As part of the Glenair team, I manage multi-million dollar accounts and provide customer support. I actively maintain a line of communication between the customer and the supplier which helps reduce overall costs. In addition, I provide interconnect and system design support which includes the following:- Link Management (Optical, RF and Copper Signal)- EMI, Lightning, and HEMP Designs- Protocol Management- Wire Management- Environmental- Plating and Corrosion- Requirements Management- Intermateability- Failure Analysis- Risk Management- Managing Costs

As part of the L-3 Communications team, I began my professional career as an electrical engineer designing RF, control and analog systems. I started managing system designs early on as lead. After only a few years, I moved up to the PE position managing a program which I started at the proposal stage, having a major role in preparing the proposal, only to finish the program at the end of a 3 year contract. During and after this program I maintained a leadership role on several different programs before leaving L-3 in 2009.
