Mike & Mike, and Focus Forward Media...In 2017 I moved to Rhode Island and while doing freelance video work for a marketing agency, I met Mike McDonough who was working for this same agency. We collaborated on several projects that year and found that we worked really well together. We realized we could do this work on our own, and we didn't need or want a 'middle man' in between us and the client.At the end of 2017, we cut ties with the agency and started Focus Forward Media in my studio apartment living room. (I wish we had a photo of us working at my small coffee table, it was pretty funny) Our mission in starting Focus Forward was to do right by our clients, and make great work.Since then, we've worked with numerous companies around New England producing videos we're really proud of, learned A TON about business, and we've had a lot of fun honestly. As a small business I wear a few hats, but my days mostly consist of communicating with potential /current clients, overseeing projects, and handling overall operations.At Focus Forward Media, we've produced videos in various industries. However, we've had great success partnering with Construction Companies and Real Estate Developers in helping them increase brand awareness, showcase their projects, and attract + retain talent!
