Help develop training program(s) for laboratory areas (Lab skills, Instrumentation and GMP activities). Act as resource for troubleshooting / training on laboratory instruments. Develop and maintain the QC lab instruments Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)/PM program, providing onsite support for troubleshooting of instruments. Specific duties included, coordinating with outside service technicians/reps to set up service contracts/repair quotes and/or schedule and perform instrument servicing. Ensure qualification documentation is complete, up to date, and comply with internal procedures/GMP requirements. Update SOPs and work instructions as required, Act as system administrator for computerized lab equipment where applicable.

Performed qualitative and quantitative analysis on finished products, stability samples and raw materials by integrating individual work assignments using established equipment and procedures in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with cGMP/cGLP guidelines. Carried out investigative testing or other special projects as assigned. Supported chromatography lab.

• Performed qualitative and quantitative analysis of in-coming and in-process materials; using general (wet) chemistry techniques, established procedures, equipment and instrumentation as directed by the supervisor and in accordance with cGMP/cGLP guidelines. Provided prompt service for in-process or special request test samples to prevent manufacturing delays. Deviations in analytical or laboratory procedures and results were reported to the supervisor/senior staff. I have also taken on the role of Trainer for new analysts in the raw materials group.
