Hey there! I'm a young social entrepreneur from Sri Lanka with a clear vision of my WHY: making high-quality education and high-touch mentorship accessible and equitable to ALL.At age 19, I founded The Strivers' Network, a youth-led nonprofit striving to empower Sri Lanka's next generation of underserved high-achievers to pursue a world-leading global education through outreach, mentorship, leadership development, and advocacy.I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Yale University, where I will also be completing certificates in Education Studies and Advanced German Language.Equipped with a range of professional experiences at the likes of the President's Office of Sri Lanka, a rising agritech startup, a leading business newspaper, an independent think tank, and a management consultancy firm, I am working towards making my mark at the intersection of educational technology and social entrepreneurship.Apart from education, my interests also include global regionalism, tech for social good, youth voice, theater for peacebuilding, access to the arts, queer rights, and mental health policy.I'm looking to exchange experiences and cross-pollinate ideas with fellow changemakers and potential mentors.
