Rivoir & Associates is an advisor to several investment funds for both real estate and film & TV production. The film fund invests in the development, production, post-production and marketing (P&A) of independent films. The investments are often FIFO or LIFO and always include an equity kicker in addition to a healthy premium. Projects include Documentary films, Television (episodic, mini-series and reality) and Feature films.The real estate fund invests in NPL’s, foreclosures and other real estate opportunities in both commercial and residential properties in New York State with a primary focus on Long Island. Our involvement includes raising equity funds and developing other 3rd party resources and relationships, with a particular interest in the use of technology to improve processes and operational performance.

Our PE and acquisition advisory practice is an offshoot of our work in executive search and our strong network of senior operating executives. We look for proven CEOs who are seeking to buy out their existing company or to acquire a new company through a partnership with Private Equity, and then make the appropriate introductions to prospective PE partners.

RP Capital arranged financing for a broad range of real estate and commercial transactions. We also raised funds for a partner that re-develops distressed real estate properties in the New York metro area, and through an affiliated organization worked on theatrical projects for TV, film and Broadway theater.
