P&L responsibility for $55 million manufacturer of store fixtures, as well as the $60 million in acquired operatingunits. These businesses were acquired by Marmon in 1990. · Business Results: Consistently generated high profits with ROI at 30.7% in 2000. · Acquisitions: Successfully negotiated acquisition of domestic and Canadian subsidiaries. · Greenfield: Led three successful new plant startups, including a Mexico operation. · Turnaround: Directly led negotiations, purchase and restructuring of post-bankrupt shopping cart manufacturer resulting in a profitable operation in the year following acquisition. This business has become the domestic market leader and is expanding internationally.
