Hi, I'm Rixt. I have 5+ years experience in education and behavior. I have worked in different countries with children from different cultures at (international) schools and at an expertise center. I am a positive person with a lot of passion for my profession and that is reflected in my daily work. In recent years I have successfully established a professional learning community of different behavioral experts, led a school advisory team and contributed to the formulation of a positive pedagogical policy for the island of Saba, drawn up in collaboration with UNICEF among others.I think it is important to contribute to the development of a child, where possible in creative and innovative ways. Always taking into account the possibilities of the child and their environment. For me, awareness, connection and trust are the basis of success.

Responsible for coordinating and coaching tasks both internally and externally for Primary School De Schelp in The Netherlands. I guide teachers in improving their classroom management and didactic and pedagogical approach. I coach the teachers and the parents by means of an action oriented approach.
