1) Responsible for Implementation of automation for the team's reporting process, replacing manual procedures with Excel and Power BI, leading to increased time efficiency and enriched files with advanced data features.2) Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives. Interpreting data findings to provide actionable recommendations and inform decision-making.3) Conducting data extraction, analysis, and prepared reports for delivery to various business leaders on a weekly and monthly basis.4) Staying updated on data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance analytical skills and improve data-driven decision-making.5) Use of various tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.6) Creating alter data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations as per client requirements.7) Collaborate with team members and other departments to collect data and use it to enhance business outcomes. Present findings or translate the data into an understandable document.8) Handling internal projects and acquisitions and coordinating with Insights team, supportinghigh volume work and addressing critical queries.9) Consulting with HR advisors to assess needs and translating those needs to answer questions and make recommendations on business strategy with the support of trending and data analysis.10) Proactively identifying trends that can solve business problems, risks, and highlight areas ofopportunity. 11) Analyze HR trends such as turnover, hiring, demographics, engagement scores in order to support and help achieve larger organizational goals and strategies.

1) Responsible for data extraction, analysis, report preparation & delivery to various DTTL’s business leaders on a weekly/monthly basis.2) Maintain data dictionary, terminology and other documentation (SOP’s) associated with all the reports.3) Responsible for capturing status of weekly/monthly reports deliverables and share the status report with Manager.4) Responsible for tracking the changes in report deliverables, includes new report requests, recipients list maintenance, addressing the additional filed requirements etc.5) Work with the technology team to perform various testing activities that involves Tableau Scorecards, SAP report enhancements etc.6) Proactively identifying the opportunities to automate the reports using Excel Macro’s to reduce the manual efforts.
