Project Bidding Stage: Worked on 08 project proposals by crafting essential Project control documents, which encompassed the creation of the Overall Project Schedule and Cash Flow during the bidding phase. Additionally, I extracted and assessed the project's critical path using Primavera P6, provided a comprehensive briefing to both the Project Manager and Project Controls Manager.
