First as a Global Action Team Leader and now as Vice President of the club, my journey has been deeply fulfilling. Making people smile, giving back to society, meeting new people, and planning and executing charity, leadership, and fellowship events define who I am. This journey has significantly enhanced my personal development and provided me with invaluable leadership skills. As Vice President this year, my energy and dedication are at an all-time high, and I'm excited to continue making a positive impact.

As the Chartered Global Action Team Leader, my role was to ensure that our club's first year progressed smoothly and successfully. Our objective was to establish the new club's presence and make a significant impact within the Leos community. We organized various activities, including membership drives, leadership programs, service initiatives, and fellowship events.As the Global Action Team Leader, I was responsible for ensuring that all four teams worked cohesively and that we consistently hosted impactful events.

At St. Joseph Church, Mira Road, one of the largest parishes in Mumbai, I had the privilege of serving as the Joint Secretary of the Parish Youth Council (PYC). Our council comprised 56 neighborhood youth groups, each with over 10 members, working together under the PYC umbrella.Leadership Skills: Collaborated closely with the Vice President and Secretary, leading meetings, setting agendas, and facilitating discussions to align our team towards common goals. Event Planning: Successfully organized and executed 15 diverse events, including leadership skill workshops, camping trips, sports activities, religious concerts, and skits. Each event required meticulous planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.Teamwork: Fostered a sense of community by engaging with youth group leaders to understand their needs, encouraging active participation, and maintaining strong relationships with parish members.Decision Making: Addressed issues and conflicts that arose during events, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences for all participants.
