As an MBA student specializing in Human Resources Management at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), I have built a strong academic foundation and honed my passion for HR through both academic and practical experiences. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, where I actively participated in research projects and publications, developing a deep understanding of key HR concepts and trends.I’ve had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through internships, notably at Peacock Solar, where I supported various HR functions, including recruitment, employee training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives. These experiences allowed me to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute to improving HR processes within the organization.My recent internship at FirstMeridian Business Services Limited gave me valuable exposure to corporate learning and development. I designed learning modules for their internal LMS on crucial topics such as Field Sourcing, The Factories Act, and ESI, enhancing my skills in instructional design and content creation.I am driven by a continuous desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
