Excited to share that I've successfully completed my HR internship at QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd.! 🌟Navigating the hustle and bustle of Mumbai's local trains each day was challenging, but each hurdle provided invaluable lessons. In those 2.5 months, I've had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience in HR practices, particularly in talent acquisition. The exposure and knowledge I’ve acquired have been truly transformative.QualityKiosk Technologies fosters an incredibly positive and collaborative environment. The culture here encourages open communication and the exchange of ideas, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.During my internship, I took on several key responsibilities, including:- Recruiting candidates: Engaging with potential candidates to align them with the right opportunities.- Screening applications and resumes: Identifying the best talent to meet the company's needs.- Managing Administrative tasks.- Managing job postings: Ensuring all job openings were accurately represented and visible through Linkedin, foundit, Naukri and other websites.- Coordinating with hiring managers: Facilitating effective communication between departments.- Onboarding new hires: Helping new employees integrate smoothly into the company.A heartfelt thank you to my mentor and SIP guide, Prof. Nilanka Chatterjee, for your unwavering support throughout my internship.
