Within this role, I provide crucial support and management for billion-dollar mega projects, totaling 18 billion dollars. I've overseen construction drawing production and conducted numerous site visits to ensure project accuracy and progress. One of my key responsibilities has been generating various types of drawings, from client-specific designs to conceptual and project documentation, as well as drawings for approval from the Dubai Municipality Authority.Working closely with senior architects, I play a pivotal role in reviewing and designing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, guaranteeing that they align with industry standards. Additionally, I am responsible for producing essential IFC (Issued for Construction) packages. These packages encompass layouts for elevators, blockwork, garbage rooms, and reflected ceiling plans, all crucial for the construction phase.Part of my job has also involves conducting thorough reviews of shop drawings for construction approvals. This process requires precision and strict adherence to compliance standards to ensure the project's quality and safety. To facilitate effective communication across all project aspects, I manage meetings and also act as a liaison between construction site personnel and various other disciplines involved in the project.Below mentioned are my notable contributions to this role:• Skilfully resolved on-site issues, ensuring seamless coordination and problem-solving.• Supervised a team of BIM modelers, overseeing their work and maintaining project efficiency.• Earned a certificate through LinkedIn learning "Speaking with Confidence", building expertise in managing meetings in a professional manner and delivering clear messages.
