Manager - Coastal Operations
CurrentManager, Coastal Operations- Assist and/or Co-ordinate with stakeholders/other units/agencies with matters involving coastal checkpoint operations and the enhancement of coastal checkpoint effectiveness including policy reforms- Manage and oversee operations for coastal checkpoints to ensure compliance with security and immigration regulations- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders/agencies/departments to ensure optimal operational efficiency. - Monitor and track ground operations KPIs- Prepare and present regular reports on checkpoint performance, compliance, and incidents to senior management and stakeholders- Handle and resolve operational issues or conflicts that arise at the checkpoint, including security breaches or customer feedbacks
