About Riya Ghosh

Working with Infosys as a Consultant in EASSAP (Enterprise Application Services – System, Applications & Products in Data Processing) unit. As part of the HR Service delivery team, we help our clients to automate and digitize their HR services with the leading cloud-based technologies, with an intent to create an extraordinary experience for the fundamental wealth of the organization - employees, who take the organization from 'good' to 'great'. This role demanded end-to-end business analysis of the client's requirements and implementation of the HR automation leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Completed MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune. The thought of emotions, perceptions, ideologies, and thinking within an individual intrigue me, and hence I took Human Resources Management as my specialization. Before joining SIMS, I worked with a few organizations as an HR intern, which solidified my interest in HRM. Being from a Science background I have a flavour of innovation and problem-solving.
