- Developed a dynamic model for Liver Metabolism using Python and software package MASSpy which uses mathematical ODEs mimic biochemical responses by taking into account the kinetics, stoichiometry and concentrations of the reaction pathways. - Simulated glucose states to mimic fed/fasting states using metabolomic, proteomic and fluxomic data in the computational liver to observe how different reactions in the liver are affected and interpreted the physical implications.
