- Serves all resident and guests in a friendly and helpfil manner- Assists tenant's inquiries and request concerning apartment facilities,such as : sport facilitied, reservation, or multifunction room or taxi reservation, etc.- Handling calls from outside and inside apartment.- Handling incomin mails, billings, packages for resident.- Make memo to department concerns regarding move in and move out tenant.- Checks and supervises all outstanding bill, work order (WO), and report to chief tenant relations and finance department.- Maintains log book and standing orders for better communication.-Checks and supervises all area apartment lobby and report to department concern.- Always monitoring the cleanliness of working area and towers.- Attends all trainings organized by chief tenant relation and management.- Assists and briefs all tenants in case of emergency
