• Online communicate with beneficiaries and stakeholders like Mothers, families, nurses, doctors and other related teams.• Empathetically listen, understand the needs of the health facility teams and accordingly strategize to co-develop effective communication.• Trust and relationship building with mothers and families of newborns/infants/children and all other related stakeholders.• Assist the team leads in preparing and reviewing the facility performance benchmarks and monitor the project's progress according to its timeframe.• Document and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on each performance indicator of the facilities.

• Mobilization of community for inclusion into community-based organizations (CBOs) as SHG for community strengthening• Facilitate the provision of a Vulnerability Reduction Fund (food & health security) to community-based organizations on the need for nutritional food security and reduction of health-related high-cost debts• Individual level micro plan preparation for the community under SHG fold for need assessment and linking with assistance programs (Livelihoods, Financial Inclusion, Education, Government schemes and policies)• Supporting SHGs under Total Financial Inclusion by providing Initial Capitalization Funds, Revolving Funds through project and Credit Linkages from banks• Monthly plan & progress report and MIS updating report of CBOs to block and district-level office• Review and monitoring of books of records being maintained at various levels of Community-Based Organizations

• 26 months of teaching experience in a private computer institute on Basic Computer skills, MS Office applications, Web Interface and Applications.• Office Management and student counselling on admission and course details
