- Assist BIM Coordinators in Creating, Updating and Revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.- Coordinate and Manage Revit models.- Create Revit Families and ensure the quality of the models.- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.- Use a checklist set-up for quality control on each project and submit work accordingly to deadlines.

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.• Preparing tender and planning applications and presentations.• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.• Co-ordinating the work of contractors.• Making site visits to check on progress.• Dealing with problems that might come up during building.

• Preparing project drawings, Submitting drawings to the authorities. • Co-ordinate with Structural, Landscape and MEP engineers.• Making site visit to check on progress• attending regular meetings with contractors and other specialists.

• Produce schematic, design development and construction documents, as directed.• Produce graphic presentations, 3d Renderings, and architectural drawings.
