• Opening LC to the Supplier through various Banks. • Keeping track for the LC issued to the Supplier and their shipment and periodically notifying same to the management and accounts Department.• Pricing of Quotations with Competitive Target.• Prepare shipping orders and keep track of all shipping orders from various International suppliers.• Maintaining daily records of ship movements.• Follow up on all Logistics coordination with Customs & Port.• Communicating with the Vessels and Ship Agents.• Responsible for arranging Smooth and Timely Deliveries of FCL Consignment to the Warehouse. • Maintaining Different Levels of the International Supplier Relations.• Coordinating and Scheduling Delivery to the Showrooms.• Preparing Quotations, Arranging Deliveries, Local and Overseas Purchase.• Co-ordinate with accounts Dept. For Timely funds receipt/payments.• Resolve work related issues and prepare reports to top-level management• Generate reports (stock report, invoice details report etc) as required by top-level management• Send delivery orders for clearing of incoming shipment to shipping line agents.• Coordinate and follow-up on all vehicles service scheduling requirements with responsible departments.• Responsible for transportation from the port to the destination, filling & unloading the Containers.
