(# we work manyata tech park, banglore HVAC installation, # PWC tech park HVAC design and installation) * Ensure that proper PPE and safety equipment used by the company & contractor staff.* Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing andspecifications and get daily progress report from site supervisor and update to project engineer* Preparation of relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QCinspector.* Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevantdrawing and standard.* Preparing relevant documents to conduct testing inspection such as duct light testing for ducts and hydro test for aboveground & underground chilled water piping's system.* Active involvement in weekly meetings with project management & QC supervisor and manager to resolve the siterelated issues.* Assist the commissioning team in pre- commissioning and commissioning stages of all HVAC equipments.* Assist the commissioning team on testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of the air and hydronic piping's.

* Installation of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting system as per the approved drawings & specificationsInstallation of infrastructure piping (district cooling,storm water, foul water, portable water, irrigation system & firewater).* Installation of CHW piping in pump room with all valves and accessories, heat exchangers, pumps etc.* Responsible for supervising/ monitoring and inspecting the execution of building services.* Take-off material quantities from approved drawings and prepare material requisition as per the progress of site.* Ensure that all materials are ordered in time so that progress on site is not delayed or interrupted.* Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladders and scaffolding is available for installation* Planning labour requirements and arranging sufficient manpower* Provide approved HVAC shop drawing MEP coordination drawing to site supervisor or foreman and inform them toshift required materials.* Ensuring the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria for the project.* Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC inspector.
