• Organize and carry out detailed design to International Standards such as ACI, ASCE, BS, UBC, IBC etc.• Determine appropriate software for Computer Aided Design, construct models and undertake analysis and manual checks.• Preparation of 3D Structural model in STAAD-Pro and ETABS, SAFE for analysis and design.• Foundation load calculation and preparation of load drawings.• Preparation of Design documents and calculation reports.• Preparation of Structural Assessment reports for Old Buildings.• Wind & Earthquake load calculations for lateral load analysis for buildings. • Co-ordination with ADM for approval of Structural Drawings • Structural Analysis and Design for Expansion of Existing Buildings.•Liaising with and providing technical guidance to CAD designer/drafters working on the same project. • Detail checking of drawings prepared by detailers.• Organize and undertake technical calculations to industry standards in conjunction with team members• Designing and drafting of building structure work. • Performing day-to-day activities to execute plans / projects / programs / designs. • Preparing study reports, technical notes and public consultation papers. • Carrying out design activities that are cost-effective and comply with clients’ specifications and statutory regulations. •Coordinating with internal parties to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications.
