Creating 3D Photo realistic models from architectural and interior plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software❖ CGI rendering ,adding special effects and touching up to enhancing images❖ Creating 3D walk - through and fly – through animations❖ Assisting Architects , Interior & Graphic designers in design details❖ Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models❖ Ensure timely delivery of all phases of creative work on 3D high-poly and low-poly models from conception through production, as directed.❖ Stay current on all technology related to 3D and photorealistic imaging to streamline CGI development.❖ Working closely with the project manager and production team to ensure that all information necessary for the successful production of the design is clearly understood.❖ Develop 3D interior and exterior architecture for product staging.❖ Create a variety of organic and non-organic texture materials that will be applied to 3D models.❖ Apply lighting and shading to properly represent photorealistic quality of renderings; consistently display a strong attention to detail and finishes.❖ Render images in 3D forms from mechanical design to organic objects, and from photorealistic to stylized.❖ Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
