In my role as a Business Development Analyst at Expii, I focused on creating and expanding partnerships with a diverse range of institutions, from schools and universities to companies and nonprofits. Additionally, I helped to organize and speak at 112 public talks in 63 cities - a tour resulting significant growth in new customers and class sales within just three months. My work also extended internationally, where I collaborated with education NGOs and universities to introduce our program in top schools in countries like Saudi Arabia, India, Hong Kong, and Romania.

As an AI Engineer at Expii, I led the development and deployment of the LIVE project, a real-time math education platform. Managing a team of designers and engineers, we successfully built a platform with scalable peer-to-peer teaching capabilities. I designed and implemented AWS solutions, including Dynamo and Lambda, to handle sensitive customer data, which tripled our development speed and generated value through automation and infrastructure improvements. Additionally, I developed proof-checking tools by fine-tuning LLaMa and wrapping GPT models over mathematical datasets to help accelerate the compilation and analysis of thousands of national math competition problems.

Founded and led The Purple Hand, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit aimed at combating human trafficking. Leading a team of 22 dedicated employees and volunteers, we targeted education, survivor support, and technology-based solutions as our primary lines of action.We successfully raised $20,000 in donations, partnering with law enforcement and state-level human trafficking task forces to develop Talos, an AI-based analysis system that uses ontology learning to identify potential instances of human trafficking. This tool has proven to be 20 times faster than traditional human-led methods while maintaining comparable accuracy levels.
