Work under contract for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) under the Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Department managing the safety of all DHA facilities and hospitals.• Develop, Implement and monitor hospital safety management programs based on evaluation of organizational expertise, applicable law, regulations, and accepted practice.• Fire Safety management in hospital facilities under NFPA 101 standards and UAE Life Safety Code.• Ensure that the hospital and department comply with JCI, IMS and UAE local requirements.• Maintain Key performance indicators (KPI) for fire programs such as firefighting, fire drills, risk assessments and trainings.• Coordinate and liaise with regulatory agencies such as JCIA, Dubai Civil Defense and Dubai Municipality etc.• Work with FMS committee for implementing action plans for findings of risk assessments carried out.• Air quality and noise quality mapping in DHA facilities• Serve as safety committee secretary for both hospitals, other facilities and engineering department; consult with staff on wide variety of safety issues, policies, and concerns including waste management, hazardous material and security issues.• Develop and conduct formal safety training programs for the hospital and departments covering a variety of areas associated with staff safety, facility environment, disaster preparedness, emergency preparedness.• Develop and implement awareness campaigns in DHA facilities.
