Responsible for Design and Planning works associated with Building Services like HVAC. FIREFIGHTING,PLUMBING & BMS. Work includes Heat load calculations, Pump Head Calculation & ESP Calculation for Fans, Smoke Ventilation Calculation, Equipment Schedule Preparation.Perform Computerized Cooling load calculations as per Carrier E20-II ,HAP .Well versed with the international Standards such as ASHRAE ,SMACNA,ARI,ECBC,IGBC.• Heat Load calculation• Ventilation System designing• Pressure drop calculation in ducts• Pump head calculation• Duct Designing• CHW & CDW Pipe Designing and Preparation of Piping Schematics• Selection of Equipments like Chiller,Pumps.AHU's, FCU's• System designing for chilled water as well as VRF systems• Preparation of Technical Specification, BOQ for HVAC scope of work• Preparation of Tender Documents & Floating of Tenders.• Coordination with Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical Services.• Approval of drawing and Technical Submittal

1. Responsible for Design, planning, execution and commissioning of HVAC System.2. Preparation of technical submittals and coordination with purchase Department or vendor for material indenting / ordering.3. Preparation of quantity variation statement as per drawings before execution of Project.4. Attending the kickoff meetings, site progress meetings with the Client, Architect, PMC & Consultant5. Assisting the testing & commissioning agency with technical inputs at site as & when required during the commissioning stage.6. Review and ensure progress for timely completion of project.
